j17 is a managed event sourcing platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Don't use the service for anything illegal
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Our responsibilities

• We'll make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data secure
• We'll give you notice before making significant changes to the service
• We'll handle your data according to our Privacy Policy

Data ownership

Your data is yours. We claim no ownership over the data you store in j17. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for downtime or data loss, though we'll do our best to prevent both.

Payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We'll give you notice before any price changes.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you'll have a reasonable window to export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
